With a career in the RAF for over 13 years, Hugh specialises in leadership, facilitation and development through adventure training.

His experience stretches across all personnel, roles, circumstance and environment. From the wilderness of Scandinavia to harsh landscapes of the Falklands, his perspective is global and he always finds satisfaction in others' success.

An Outdoor training Instructor for over 18 years, Dan has successfully delivered mentoring, facilitation and development training across all levels of management.
